Trust Missionaries are PC-VIP's lifeblood. These dedicated professionals combine technical savvy with highly developed people skills to deliver PC-VIP's unique brand of Computer Care to our clients. It's not for everybody . . . but it is for men and women who have the rights skills, the right temperment, and a driving desire to help our clients while earning a great living.

Key areas of responsibility

• Field, Telephone, and Remote Support of PC-VIP Customers

Consults with

• PC-VIP Missionary Management

• Other PC-VIP Trust Missionaries

• End Users

Term of employment

Contract Position. Assignment Period Open-Ended

Salary/Fee Range: $50,000-$100,000+, dependant on ability to manage client load

Qualifications

• Strong sense of customer service, Strong People Skills

• Strong organizational skills

• PC and/or Macintosh Generalist Skills: Real-world understanding of Soft Security (antivirus/

anti-spyware/anti-spam) and Hard Security (firewalls/ scripting languages/cookies/

machine administration rights) issues.

• PC and/or Macintosh Technical Skills: Ability to effectively operate tools as listed above.

• Business Knowledge: Ability to interact with SMB owners and managers in a manner cognizant

of Costs, Productivity, Process Issues, and how they are addressed in the PC-VIP

model.

• Network Administration Skills

• Applications Proficiency in a variety of business productivity tools such as Microsoft Office,

Browsers, Instant Messaging and E-Mail applications, etc.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

• Good Driving Record

• Some Sales Experience a plus
